The Museum provides a home for the artifacts, treasures and history of Greencastle. Allison-Antrim Museum is tucked into the residential community on South Ridge Street across for the Greencastle-Antrim Middle School, and for this reason is somewhat camouflaged to the passerby. Inside its front door though, lies a gem where one may discover Greencastle-Antrim’s Heritage. Admission is free, so it makes the perfect family destination during these difficult economic time. It’s located directly across from the Greencastle-Antrim School District campus and provides opportunities for the students at all grade levels with the educational field trip. The Pennsylvania Department of Tourism has designated Allison-Antrim Museum an official site on the Pennsylvania Civil War Trails of History. Blue Star Museum Allison-Antrim Museum, Inc., is part of the family of Blue Star Museums, a national appreciation program for military families. Between Memorial Day, and Labor Day, all U.S. service women and men and their families receive free admission to any Blue Star Museum!
