Brussel’s Cafe is patterned after our family cafe by the same name that has been in his family on the outskirts of Brussels, Belgium since 1878.

On Jan. 27 2017, we open the first Brussel’s Cafe in Chambersburg PA, using our very own passed on by the generation recipes for waffles and crepes. As the business was handed down from generation to generation, we strive on ( above and beyond quality, personal customer service, innovation, while creating new ways to help our amazing communities that we cherish & love!

We still uses that recipe today.
