In 1996, a small group of railroad enthusiasts recognized the need for a club in the Chambersburg area, thus in April of that year the Cumberland Valley Model Railroad Club was founded. The club derived its name from the Cumberland Valley Railroad whose headquarters were located in Chambersburg from 1836 until its demise in 1919.
Club Meetings: The first Thursday of each month starting at 7:30pm. Tuesday, Thursday evenings, Saturday and Sunday mornings are allocated as running/working days. Visitors are always welcome to stop by.
