In the spirit of natural medicine, a primary goal of Shâbath Mineral Wellness is to provide our clients with a broader understanding of health and a more lasting sense of well-being. Instead of the traditional disease-centered focus of conventional medicine, natural therapies apply a client centered approach that addresses the whole person rather than simply his symptoms.

We combine the discipline of modern science with the wisdom of ancient natural modalities and take advantage of the knowledge of several disciplines including Halotherapy (Salt Therapy), Lymphatic Therapy, and various Infrared Therapies, including a private sauna. What this means is that the client and provider work together to develop an integrated therapeutic plan that will best address the whole body.

Our therapies are recognized medical devices outside the US, and while just a few are currently recognized in the US, they are all being touted in domestic and international studies. They are also endorsed and reviewed by numerous health care experts. Established in 2013, we are the FIRST salt room in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, and the Tri-state / Washington, DC metro area to proudly and exclusively feature the technology developed by the research of one of the world’s leading experts of Halotherapy.
